Muay Thai Class Structure
Our Muay Thai classes are expertly designed by KC to provide a unique and engaging experience every session. Each class begins with a 5-minute warm-up, followed by a circuit exercise that varies each time to keep things fresh and challenging. You’ll also go through a stretching routine and, in no particular order, engage in 4 rounds of padwork, bagwork, sparring, clinching, and burnouts. Some classes will include a Technique breakdown plus Drills for all levels to help build up your technique and form. This comprehensive structure ensures you get the most out of your 2-hour session.
Muay Thai Private Sessions
• Our Muay Thai Private Sessions times are Monday to Friday between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Saturdays between 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Sundays and Off-hours sessions are available by appointment only and cost 1000 baht (must be paid on Saturday before business closure to confirm) — please book private sessions in advance. Sunday private sessions must be booked and paid for on Saturday during business hours.

INTRO MUAY THAI CLASS
introductory Muay Thai class, held every Monday at 10am.
Perfect for beginners wanting to try the sport for the first time.
In this class, you’ll learn the basic techniques, get a low-intensity workout, and experience the spirit of Muay Thai with two qualified coaches.
Each class is 1 hour long and limited to 10 participants to maintain quality and personalized guidance.
Registration is required in advance and the cut off time per week is Saturday evening— send us a message via WhatsApp to register by providing your name or names.

5/10 class packs and 5/10 private session packs
- 10 class packs have an expiration date of 2 months from date of first use. The 10 class packs cannot be shared or transferred.
- 5 class packs have an expiration date of 1 month from date of first use. The 5 class pack cannot be shared or transferred.
- 10 private session packs have an expiration date of 2 month from date of first use and must be with 1 trainer. The 10 private session pack cannot be shared or transferred.
- 5 private session pacs have an expiration date of 1 month from date of first use and must be with 1 trainer. The 5 private session pack cannot be shared or transferred.
REFUND AND HOLD POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or holds on any of our products or services. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
There are also No Transfers on any of our products.
